Hi, I’m Dr. P—and after 33 years in nursing, I know exactly what it feels like to outgrow a role that once lit your soul on fire.

I’ve been a critical care nurse, a nurse educator, a professional development leader, and a researcher leading multi-hospital studies. I’ve mentored hundreds of nurses into leadership and walked beside them through burnout, uncertainty, and reinvention.
